MooSaju has not launched yet. Paid products cannot be purchased until payments are enabled.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to MooSaju (moosaju.com), operated by QUYO (Republic of Korea). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

2. Accounts

• You sign in with LINE or Google. We do not create passwords for you.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Please keep your LINE or Google account secure.
• You can delete your account at any time from the profile screen (see section 8).

3. Products

MooSaju offers: (1) Korean Saju–based personalised detailed reading — 49 THB; (2) follow-up questions — 9 THB each, with one free question every 12 hours; (3) Personalised lucky card using Korean Saju and Thai astrology — 49 THB. Product details and delivery are described on About MooSaju. All products are digital content delivered in your account.

4. Nature of the content

• Readings are produced by explaining results from a Korean Saju calculation service with an AI model. The AI is instructed to use only calculated data, but AI-written text can still contain mistakes.
• Lucky colours, numbers and card designs follow MooSaju’s fixed rules and a Thai birthday-colour tradition. They are encouragement, not guaranteed outcomes.
• Content is not medical, legal, financial, tax or psychological advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters.

5. Payment, cancellation and refunds

Prices are shown before payment and are the amounts charged. Cancellation and refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not enter other people’s personal data without their permission.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to attempt to access other users’ data.
• Do not try to obtain products without paying, or interfere with the service’s operation.

7. Your cards and content

You may download and use your cards and readings for personal, non-commercial purposes. The MooSaju name, logo, illustrations and design remain the property of QUYO.

8. Account deletion

Deleting your account permanently deletes your profile, birth profiles, readings, follow-up questions, lucky cards and card images. Deleted content cannot be restored. Deleting an account is not a refund request; if you have an unused purchase, contact us before deleting your account.

9. Changes and availability

We may update the service and these terms. Significant changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or because of outages at our service providers.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This does not remove protections given to you by the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
