Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments are not enabled yet, so no charges are made today. This policy describes how purchases will be handled once payments start, and how the current test system already behaves.
Before your product is generated
- If you paid but the reading, answer or card has not started generating (for example, you closed the screen before confirming), the payment stays available in your account and is used automatically the next time you buy the same product — you are not charged again.
- You can also request a full refund of an unused purchase by contacting us.
During generation
- If generation fails (for example, a calculation or AI error), you are not charged again to retry.
- Lucky cards: you can retry up to 3 times on the same purchase. Readings: the saved calculation can be reused to rewrite the explanation without paying again. Follow-up questions: a failed answer can be retried with the same question.
- If it still fails after retrying, contact us and we will refund the purchase or fix the problem.
After delivery
- Readings, answers and cards are digital content delivered immediately. Once delivered, change-of-mind refunds are not available, as the content cannot be returned.
- If what you received is clearly defective — for example a blank or broken image, text in the wrong language, or a result that does not match the details you entered — contact us and we will regenerate it or refund it (time limit for reporting: To be confirmed).
- Deleting a card or your account does not create a refund.
Duplicate payments and service errors
- If you were charged twice for the same item, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
- If a service error on our side prevents you from receiving what you paid for, we will refund it or deliver it again.
How to request
Email support@quyo.kr with the email or sign-in method of your account, the date, and what you bought. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time: To be confirmed.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
